The agent that represents Jürgen Klopp says the Liverpool manager would be “a good fit” for Bayern Munich following speculation that the German giants could make an approach in the summer.
Jupp Heynckes is expected to leave Bayern at the end of the season and Klopp has naturally been linked as a possible replacement. However, Marc Kosicke, who represents the Reds’ boss, expects him to see out his Anfield contract.
Commenting on the situation, Kosicke said: “No coach in the world is bigger than any club. Generally, the club is always bigger.
“Jürgen isn’t too big for Bayern Munich and Bayern Munich isn’t too big for him. He definitely could do a very good job there.
“Bayern and Klopp would be a good fit, but it isn’t something that is an option at the moment.

“Coaching one of the big clubs in Europe isn’t something that is unattractive, but everything has to suit.
“Yes, Bayern are looking for a coach in the summer, but Jürgen has a long contract. At the moment, Jürgen isn’t thinking about coaching another club than the Reds.
“I have to say that Bayern was often an option because Jürgen knows Uli Hoeness very well. But it was never the right time and nothing definite came of it.
“Back then Franz Beckenbauer was president and the pair worked together as TV experts during the 2006 World Cup. They get on well and are still in contact.
“But Jürgen can definitely end his coaching career without having coached Bayern Munich.
“He has a contract until 2022. And I believe he isn’t finished [at Liverpool] yet. But there are always several factors involved.
“What should not be underestimated when changing to England is this non-existent winter break. This shortens the lifetime.
“In the time in which the German coach or the German player celebrates Christmas, flies to the sunshine, comes back, starts working again, flies back to the sunshine to the training camp. That’s about four weeks and in this time you have 13 games in England and no Christmas Eve. Christmas is in the hotel, Boxing Day [is a] cool culture, but 13 games at three degrees, wind and drizzle, no break.
“As I said. Life is dynamic.”
