You make it sound like the fa cup is the only trophy we can win.

Th league regardless of what anyone thinks isn't over. One loss could completely derail us. It's close to impossible but until the we are champions. We are nothing.

We have a CL to defend a League to win. A super cup and a CWC already in the bag.

The fa cup can wait.

Spot on Mr. Bo. Seems like the FA cup is more important than making absolutely sure we win the league.

They may not have a case but wouldn’t want anything to jeopardise our PL title bid.

Dock points? Cant see that happening as those are 2 different competitions and the PL have sent a letter themselves to promote the winter break

I am confused by this winter break. Why are there some games next weekend anyway?

5 games instead of 10 and 5 games again the week after so that every team gets 2 weeks off or if you prefer a week end off with no games in the mid week. It's the same as having one weekend off for all the teams, but then no live coverage at all in that week end. This way there can still be live coverage and 2 weeks rest.

The TV Companies have contracts to show games, so this way they play 1 weekends game over 2 weekends and the TV companies get to show live games on both weekends. It's a good idea, I think in Spain etc they just close down for a few weeks and have no games.

It will be interesting to see what team we put out tomorrow in the FA Cup, I still suspect the likes of Keita, Lovren & Matip may get a run out as they have been out so long with injuries.

I don't really care what the FA/PL have advised, Klopp should pick the best team to achieve what he/LFC wants, that has to be to have the players in the best shape they can be and to win as many trophies as possible, whatever he does to achieve that is fine by me.

Surely if we win the PL it's then a treble...if we win the PL and CL it's a quadruple...if we win PL, CL and The FA Cup it's a quintuple?

THE Treble is the FA Cup, League, and CL. A Treble just isn't as big. City's domestic Treble last year or our Cup Treble in 2001 will never be seen in the same way as United's in 99, and rightly so.

I think the kids will get through Shrewsbury at Anfield, and I think after that, Klopp will prioritize the FA Cup more. I will be disappointed if they lose this week though, because this sort of opportunity doesn't come around that often.

It would be nice to win The FA Cup but it's meaning is far different to when Utd won it in 99 along with PL & CL.
I'd put it that our achievement if we were to win the PL and retain the CL to go along with the Super Cup and World Club Cup has far more relevance in today's football. The FA Cup has far less meaning now standing on a par with The League Cup.

I don't necessarily disagree. But I want this side to go down as the best ever, which it deserves. Going invincible, beating City's points total, and winning the treble would be inarguable.

If we don't there will always be some that will say, "but United won the Treble."

Not enough to really take the shine off it, don't get me wrong, but I would love to see these lads do it.
