Well, I agreed with you earlier as well.

Henderson has struggled this season, but not because he's a bad player (as everyone says he is). He's struggled because he's not really dealt with the expectation and pressure of being a Liverpool player, and has more often than not been played in a position and system that hasn't suited him. So he's lost confidence as a result of being over-played rather than gaining it the way Sterling has by being given only a few opportunities but being played at his strengths.
Henderson will come good, but he needs to learn to be more assertive first.
