I'm not worried about anything at all. I dont see him train week in week out. I dont know what he does when he goes home. There's constructive criticism and thene there's just "slagging" a player off as you put it.

No player is imune to criticism but lets give the lad a chance shall we?

The entire team is geared towards providing him with enough crosses to attack.

I'm quite excited about the options we have next season - good crosses from Downing, accurate free kicks and corners from Adam, hopefully more of the old Gerrard and Carragher.

With that, I agree 100%. Looks like a piggin' tramp.

I'm with murph & Growler here. It's one thing having concerns, but aswell as concerns, we also have aspirations - why focus so much on the concerns?? It's just negativity.

I couldn't give a sh*t if he weighted 30 stone - if someone puts the ball on his head and he puts it in the back of the net, that's all that matters to me. We have enough Duracell bunnies to do the running around.

Caroll is one of those players that seem so inactive in the game, but is so destructive, he is a very efficient player.

lets hope so were gonna need him on fire if were to even better last seasons finish

No. of goals needed for him to justify the fee.

I expect him scoring the important goals(Against Arsenal for NU FC) to win the matches. It doesn't matter he scores 10 or 20. Everyone will be happy, if he help us to beat the team whom wants to take a point from us by defending..........

I expect Carroll & Suarez make other players looks great by dragging the defenders here and there..

suarez was amazing last season hope he continous where he left off although i think hes got a fiery temper to say the least, pulling rafaels hair and then that kick out against spurs he will have to keep that in check this season.

the price tag does nt bother me so much, if we bought him for 10 million id still think he s crap. hes awkward, clumsy, horrible first touch, no skill , no pace, not a naturally gifted finisher. but he is good in the air. so basically we paid 35 million for a guy who s good in the air. corinthians have offered the same money for carlos tevez and will probably get him and if anyone tries to tell me carrol is even half as good as tevez there lost..

They are quite similar players though stun.
