Liverpool Football Club have confirmed that Ryan Kent has been recalled from his successful loan deployment with Coventry City.
The 19-year-old winger has been recalled for first-team duty at Liverpool and although this has been known for a few days, the club have only just confirmed his recall.
Speaking a few days ago, Kent explained: “There are a number of injuries and a lot of games so that’s why I’ve been recalled.”
Kent – who made 17 appearance during his loan – is in contention to make his Liverpool debut against Exeter City in the FA Cup next Friday.
Coventry City supporters are very disappointed to have lost Kent who started his career with the Liverpool Academy when he was 7-years old.
