Nicolas Pepe is stalling on making a decision about his future because he wants to sign for Liverpool, claim reports originating from Italy today.
Serie A outfit Napoli are tying to push through a deal for the 24-year-old winger who has been repeatedly linked with a possible move to Liverpool. KOPTALK sources, however, insist there is no serious interest in him at the present time despite Liverpool having recently made an informal and indirect approach to assess his willingness to join them.

Napoli have offered £45million plus attacking midfielder Adam Ounas (22) in the hope of securing an agreement with Lille, but it is not known if that offer would be enough to satisfy the French outfit despite them entertaining offers. Their valuation has previously been mooted at around £70million.
Pepe’s representative Samir Khiat is hoping that Liverpool will make a late move before the transfer window closes. It is claimed that Khiat is delaying talks with others clubs as he believes the Reds could eventually step forward with a bid. He can’t wait forever though, so we expect we’ll see some concrete developments soon.
Arsenal, Manchester United and even Everton [ED: LOL], have all been linked with the Ivory Coast international.
