Liverpool FC boss Jürgen Klopp says it is “not really likely” that supporters will see any new transfer signings before next week’s deadline.
The January transfer window slams shut on Tuesday but supporters are unlikely to see the manager’s squad boosted with no significant activity expected once again.

Klopp was speaking at this afternoon’s pre-match press conference to preview tomorrow’s FA Cup tie against Wolves.
KEY POINTS
- Klopp said Lazar Marković still had a future at Anfield providing he didn’t play well against us in February. When pointed out that the terms of his loan move prevented him from playing against us he joked that then yes, of course, he still has a future.
- No news on Marko Grujić’s injury status.
- Sturridge missed chances because he is still a human being. No concerns etc.
- The manager is satisfied with the goalkeeping situation at the club.
- A few knocks after the last game. Lallana has stitches which need to be checked before tomorrow.
- Said players obviously not as confident as they were after suffering some defeats. Common sense etc.
- Defended himself about saying the wind caused problems in the last game.
