Naby Keïta has been talking about the clubs he’d be interested in playing for and there’s no mention of Liverpool Football Club.
Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp has been chasing the Leipzig midfielder for months and is willing to pay in excess of £50million to land him. His club insist he isn’t for sale and only an offer of around £70million would bring them to the negotiating table. There is though a clause in his contract that would allow him to leave next summer for £50million.

Commenting on his future, Keïta said: “I love Leipzig, and I will never forget this city.
“I hope, however, that I have the level in two, three years and could play for one of the very big clubs.
“This includes Barcelona, but it also includes Real Madrid or Manchester City.”
Despite there being no reference to Liverpool, club officials are confident that the player would consider a move to Anfield. We’re not so sure, what about you? Let us know in our forums. Registration is free and simple.
