Liverpool on two-day bonding trip in Spain

Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp has taken his squad to Spain for a two-day bonding trip.

The Reds headed off to Barcelona following yesterday’s frustrating 4-3 defeat at Bournemouth.

As today is a recovery day, the players won’t train until tomorrow. This evening they’ll attend a group meal and after training tomorrow, they’ll attend the Nou Camp to watch Barcelona’s Champions League clash with Borussia Monchengladbach.

The Liverpool manager feels that some warmer weather training and a break from training at Melwood will be a good tonic ahead of the visit of West Ham on Sunday.

They are due back in Liverpool on Wednesday.
