Liverpool to send private jet for Brazilian duo

Liverpool FC are to send a private jet to bring home Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino once their international duty concludes.

The Brazilian duo are expected to be in action against Paraguay in Sao Paulo until around 3.30am UK time on Wednesday morning and Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp wants them back at Melwood on Thursday to prepare for the Merseyside derby against Everton on Sunday.

A private jet is being laid on for them and hopefully, they’ll get their heads down on the long journey back to England for the important Premier League clash.

Sunday’s game kicks off at 12.30pm and will be shown live on Sky Sports.
