Liverpool legend Ronnie Moran has died aged 83 following a short illness.
The former Reds’ player, skipper, coach and at times, caretaker manager, died earlier this morning.
His son Paul posted the news on social media. He said: “I am devastated to tell everyone on behalf of the family that my dad passed away this morning after a short illness.”
We are absolutely devastated to hear this news. Our thoughts are with Paul and the rest of Ronnie’s family.
