Liverpool fixture selected for live television coverage

Liverpool’s League Cup tie against MK Dons will be shown live on Sky Sports when the competition returns next month.

The Reds will travel to the Stadium MK for the 3rd Round fixture on Wednesday 25th September and Sky have selected the game for live coverage which will delight Liverpool supporters.

Portsmouth’s clash with rivals Southampton on Tuesday 24th September has also been selected for live coverage.

Liverpool are the most successful side in the competition’s history having won the Cup a record-breaking eight times.
