Liverpool FC have been linked with Benfica striker Raúl Jiménez.
Reports originating from Portugal claim that the Reds, along with West Ham United, are tracking the 26-year-old and that offers could be tabled over the coming weeks.

Jiménez, who starred at the Confederations Cup, has been made available for transfer with Benfica willing to cash in ahead of the new season.
Speculation is weak and there’s nothing of any real credibility doing the rounds that suggest Liverpool will step up to the table with a formal offer but that doesn’t mean that he’s not under consideration.
Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp would like to sign a striker but it would appear he is unable to do so unless he moves out Daniel Sturridge first and that’s proving a problem. West Ham and PSG have been linked but nobody has stepped up with a firm offer and if they did, it would need to make financial sense to Liverpool officials because of what would have to be shelled out to replace him.
