Besiktas have been linked with a possible late summer move for out-of-favour Liverpool striker Divock Origi.
The 23-year-old does not figure in Jürgen Klopp’s plans and the Reds had been hoping to move him out during the summer transfer window. However, a £27million valuation hasn’t generated a lot of interest.

Borussia Dortmund ended their interest in Origi after failing to broker a deal with the Reds while the player rejected a £22million plus add-ons deal to make the switch to Wolves.
Having already established a working relationship with Liverpool having secured the signing of Loris Karius, reports suggest that Besiktas have made a fresh approach to see if a potential deal could be brokered for Origi ahead of their September 1st deadline.
However, Besiktas haven’t got a pot to piss in at the moment so much will depend if Liverpool would be willing to broker some kind of loan deal.
Origi, who spent last season on loan at Wolfsburg, has 2-years remaining on his existing Anfield contract.
