Not sure what salary we have to offer a new manager but take that into account along with who would want the challenge, am not sure who i would have trust in! i think we have some good players we do need to add but its plain to see we need motivation and passion, i havnt any enthusiasm about a new manager myself, think Roys negetivity is rubbing off on us all. confused

Carra working under Kenny for 1-2 years, then taking over.

Maybe an outsider like Roberto Martinez at Wigan could work?

He has a squad of just 3 players worth mentioning (N'Zogbia, Figueroa and Rodallega) and he still manages to get his FULL TEAM working well collectively!

They actually try to keep the ball and play it around within the team. No lang balls a'la Stoke (or LFC for that matter)!

no to carra. would be foolish to give him the top job with no experience. Look at what happened with Shearer. I like Martinez but i would hope we just go for an attacking frame of mind.

At the current state of affairs, any fan of the street can be a great manager. but seriously i dont think there are many out there at this stage of the season (almost 1/3 through for most leagues) who will leave.

If i had a choice, it would be Del Bosque and Guus Hiddink as a close second. But that Villareal manager is quite good at getting his team to pass the ball on the ground.

When i think about a future manager, firstly he has got to grab the dressing room by the scruff of the neck. Respect these days is not given at the outset, it is earned from the very moment you start your first training session. Secondly, FFS we need him to instill into the players that they need to pass the ball on the fcuking ground. Thirdly, get rid of players who cant make it and makes this club a disgrace.

I think he would, but where he is now it's just not possible. His squad lacks some ability to make that happen.
