At the current state of affairs, any fan of the street can be a great manager. but seriously i dont think there are many out there at this stage of the season (almost 1/3 through for most leagues) who will leave.
If i had a choice, it would be Del Bosque and Guus Hiddink as a close second. But that Villareal manager is quite good at getting his team to pass the ball on the ground.
When i think about a future manager, firstly he has got to grab the dressing room by the scruff of the neck. Respect these days is not given at the outset, it is earned from the very moment you start your first training session. Secondly, FFS we need him to instill into the players that they need to pass the ball on the fcuking ground. Thirdly, get rid of players who cant make it and makes this club a disgrace.
