If you're not interested in the post then don't reply. There is no need to leave the sarcastic 'boring' messages. Have some respect for what people post. The subject happens to be of interest to me.

And while we're down there, maybe you could learn to use capitals!

All i'm saying is to respect what people post. If I see something that doesn't interest me I ignore it. Why don't you do the same?

i for 1 would love to no what is goin on at the club but for some reason nothing is coming out. i dont think we will hear a thing till somewhere around the end of the month, i look at it two ways [1] anybody with any real interest doesnt want it making public or [2] there is no interest and the club are searching dramaticaly for some suitable takers .

I havent heard anything since they said 14-15 october. This date is bound to be knocked back at least another 2 weeks in my opinion. I am really hoping that RBS takes over. I don't think anyone knows what will happen. Although with these things when the deal is done the supporter is the last to know! Liverpoool wouldnt do a portsmouth and lose the (I think) 9 points, as despite hodgsons poor showing so far LFC is not a mickey mouse club with no fans or merchandise sales and TV money(yet). If RBS take over most people say they will sell as fast as possible so Liverpool could go on the cheap, Nothing that happens will benefit the fan of course but if it means hicks loses out of this (and it would be criminal if this satanic parasite did not lose money) then I will be very happy. One interesting point is that if LFC does go for a cheap fair price then someone decent is possible ( someone that doesn't have to indebt everyone) but that is optimistic but you never know Where did abramovich come from that was a suprise) The thing is if liverpool goes cheap it is an attractive buy. OF course results are nearing laughing stock standard but the name the tradition sells throughout the world. I don't think it is doom and gloom. Regarding the opposition by hicks I don't think anyone knows I certainly don't he's got the connections to rubbish a decent buyer coming in but can he fight for years . LFC fans can wait for ever to get him out. Both parties were taking legal advice on whether hicks can do it. Essentially he can do it or he can do it and go through a lengthy process to see if he is allowed to do it, by the end of which it won't matter if htey say he can do it or not he will ask for money to [oops] off. but I don't think he has the will to do it.. He will find a small team in china or thailand and take them or their fans rather to the cleaners. Good riddance Hicks

£200M new squad at least £200m goodwill plus £500m for the ground. Thick end of a billion pounds.

Now tell me who has that kind of money to put nto an ultra risky investment such as a football club.

We are doomed !! remember the good times
