When is the money due at the RBS? I had the 6th Oct in my head for some reason. Does anyone think that RBS will take charge and get this sale sorted?

You're free to talk till you go blue in the face, about things you 'can't change', e.g. team tactics, who should be playing, who doesn't deserve to wear the red shirt, who we should buy, who are next manager should be, etc, etc.

But don't for one minute, interfere with or ridicule people who are trying to do what needs to be done 'at something we can change'.

Quick answer to question...from journalists with better knowledge of situation than us, they claim middle of October at earliest, is when RBS can potentially take charge. And in my opinion, yes, they will get the sale sorted, as I believe there are many bidders hiding in the background waiting to bid (at a more realistic price) & takeover the club.

It may be boring but we all need to be concerned about it. It is something that could make or break our future.

Yes and this is good business, if a businessman knows that the price is going to go down on a potential investment he will sit and wait in the background until it happens and then jump in when the price is right.

My only reservation is what will Hicks do if RBS takeover? I don't underestimate the texan tu*d for one minute. But surely if he defaults, then the bank can do whatever the hell they like with regards selling LFC.

On what basis can he drag us through the courts?
