I just show, that we don't have to beat the big clubs - I also count on us at home and away against MU, MC, Tottenham - but if we get points with these, much better teams than Wolves for example then we will be contenders:)

The thing I would be really worried about is the fact that Roy said he thought we played really well in the first half and then got stronger and looked the more likely team to score in the second. Weird crazy

One of the good things about Roy so far has been that he generally says it like it is and doesnt try to [oops] us but he is sooooooooooooooo way off here its unatural.

Also slightly concerned with how he will set us up and play away from home. He only won 1 game away from home in the entire league campaign with Fulham last year which is pretty poor and might have more to do with the way he sets up away from home than the players he has at his disposal.

It was a good result all the same lets just hope our performances start to improve when the likes of Cole and Raul get starts as we have no creativity at the mo.

I think he's got to learn that this isn't fulham who are only surviving in the league. Drop lucas forever please because i had enough of him, great lad, great professional but he isn't good enough end of story. Play shelvey and be more positive and go for the kill from the start like we use to in the 08/09 season. I still have faith in Hodgson, he's a great manager and i think he can do wonders for liverpool club so i won't call for his head anytime soon. I really hope we can win something but lets just get behind him and support the team all the way. Things are looking bleak right now, but us liverpool fans are loyal and whether we are winning or not, we will support them forever. It's easy to support a team when your winning week in week out but unfortunetly for us, this isn't the way it is for now so come on lads, get behind the team and Hodgson and lets hope we can lift a trophy by the end of the season.

According to me , its a case of a new manager but the same old tactics!!!! Two defensive midfielders who if im honest i do not knwo which one is worse. I thought Lucas was bad but Poulsen is even WORSE!!!! The game was crying for a bit of creativity & pace, something which babel & pacheco would have given.
Watching the game was painful, no creativity, no pace, no fluid passing, no movement. Why do LFC managers never learn. Gerrard is the best central midfielder we have, but again like Rafa we want to play him up front. Why not let Babel have a go up front, he needs to play week in & week out to show us what he is capable of. I dont understand how a player like Lucas gets games week in/week out but players like Babel & pacheco dont.

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Im sooooo frustrated, i thought getting rid of Rafa was going to be the start of things changing but for me it is still the same boring football & the same boring tactics
Things need to change & they need to change fast

Lets just stop the blaming game alright. I said before the season start that our bunch of players are on par with mid table club like Birmingham, Villa etc. Wait till we get a new owner and see how we fair.

I see Emp watched the game and Lucas was the only player worth highlighting, I take it you didn`t watch the match then?
Apart from Reina, Carra, Konchesky and even Lucas who performed to their normal standard or better the rest were awful.
Jova is the left footed version of Kuyt (crap) and Maxi just didn`t get involved at all. Raul looked good when he came on as was positive, our special two just weren`t.!

was maxi playing? did he even kick the ball. the whole team was shiiiitt. the only player that did well was pepe and. we were so [oops] when ever they crossed the ball, where was carra and skirtel? jova isnt a winger, i think he might do ok as a striker

last season only spurs and utd had a better home defensive record in the league. brum conceded 13 goals at st. mary's...that's better than chelsea, arsenal, villa, man city and indeed liverpool. if liverpool had won yesterday, they'd be in 5th. brum are a good side. isn't it something like 17 games since they've been beaten at home. that's a quality record.

a point at brum is no shame.

I dont think anyone is complaining about the point because as you said its a decent result.

I think the worrying think has been the lack of invention, effort, belief, ability etc.. We all know it will take time for Roy to get the team playing the way he wants but surely the group of players we have should be able to preform a little better against the likes of West Brom and Birmingham.

Saying that our performances in the last 3 league games have been muck is not an attack at Roy by any means, as he needs time, but it is a fact.

We have been the worst footballing team in the League so far this season but the positive thing is we have managed to get a few points on the board.

We made Birmingham and West Brom look like Real Madrid and Barcelona but at least we got 4 points from it which is the main thing I suppose at this stage.

and he doesn't get injured as well laugh

1- Poulsen is not a Schweinsteiger, that position MUST get fixed.
2- Try to get rid of lucas, maxi & maybe kuyt when u still can.
3- Give some to Shelvey & Pacheco, remember how old was Cesc ?
