It's because the poor are told to live by captialist principles and the rich are allowed to live by socialist ones.

Let's make an imaginary person that probably makes up 90% of people. Miss x goes to college trains in HR works hard and after 5 years is promoted to personnel officer for her factory. She has responsible job and a mortgage. Miss x earns £35k per annum

Is miss x a rich or poor person ? Is she a good or bad person ? Has she done the right thing or the wrong thing ?

Good question Stan. But what about her boss who followed a similar path and might now be on £75k a year?

But no doubt she’s bad as she’s a capitalist pawn propping up the rich at the expense of the poor.

There must be a reason why her boss is on 75k, despite following the same path, maybe her boss studied AI which is in bigger demand, or can work better or can manage people better or can take risks and initiatives. There are rarely 2 people exactly the same even if they followed the same path

I think the question was more about when you become a rich capitalist. Is there a cut off point?

I’m from a council estate and consider myself working class. But I’ve worked hard and got to a position where I’m in a relatively well paid job with good benefits. Would I be considered a capitalist monster because of that?

In the world of the hard left there are rich people (all with inherited wealth) and the poor who are poor because they are oppressed by the former. The far left need victims without which they can't get their message over. Their message is essentially one of power and if you look at communist countries there is still rich and poor with an even bigger gap than capitalist countries. However in a capitalist country if you are poor you have endless opportunities to better yourself in communist countries you stay poor with no way out. I see plenty criticism of capitalism by the far left in Britain and Ireland but I have never met one who wants to leave and live in a communist country. Not one ! Funny that wouldn't you say ?

Yeah you are blind to actual reality and mixing up geo-politics with philosophies . People from colonial empires or former empires have obviously huge advantages over people from undeveloped ones because of historical and continued exploitation of said countries and people. Studies have shown that just to be alive in a western country today means that u own 10 slaves , like ur phone or ur runners u wear need 10 slaves to manufacture , this is a well known scenario and why u see some mega rich business people funding end slavery policies - I assume out of guilt . Underdeveloped countries whether socialist or capitalist cannot cope with exploitation, and if they turn against capitalism and have resources then they are attacked economically, politically and if need be militarily.

There are many developed countries in europe with socialist policies that do just fine. What we need is for the highly developed countries to adopt socialist principles and start fixing the world cause lets be honest we are totally screwed. Only stark raving lunatics deny climate change , insects predicated to be gone soon now, we are really screwed..we need to fix the human race now, and instead we turning into nazi's again. pathetic. And as always its the elite who profit only, military manufacturers and the 3% of the population that hold 95% of the world wealth. They rather see the world burn that give up power and that is exactly what is happening.
