He's only just turned 31. Contract expires in Jan. Would be worth grabbing him on a short term deal no? Could help us unlock a few defences in the run in and in the CL perhaps?

ah. I hadn't realised that he had signed. I suspect Chelsea wouldn't allow him to join us this season anyway.

Brilliant player. In his prime he had it all. I cant see us making a move for him though. This is a new generation at Liverpool and the young guns are the future, not someone like Cesc. One of the best ever EPL players I reckon.

I wasn't really thinking of the future... just primarily for the rest of the season. Everyone saying we're lacking creativity in midfield. Someone like Cesc in their may be a huge boost for our title challenge and cup campaigns.

Nowhere near good enough for the PL top 6 teams now. He was very good at Arsenal and a shadow of that player when he came back here.

He's gone to Monaco. Fekir should be our target, i'm sick of Henderson. We wont win with him in midfield .
