A lot of those players were bought when Ranieri was manager. Abramovich payed for those players but they still didn't win the title.
Yes, having the right playing staff is important but those players need the right training, the right mentality and the right leadership. They need to believe that what they're doing is right and will give them the best chance of success.
That's what will give us success and sustain it.

Chelsea also proved that you need the right manager! It's only when Ancellotti came in that things changed.
It's not just personnel, it's all about how that personel are utilised, so yes 5 20m players could work but ONLY if we have the right manager otherwise it will be a waste of money.
