Or maybe he just did want to publicly slate one of his only fit CBs and completely destroy any confidence he has going into the busiest period of the year?
Klopps not an idiot, he’ll be aware that lovren screwed up. He’ll also know that we need more/better defenders. What he says in press conference should be taken with a massive pinch of salt.
2 player cost us the 3 points today, Mane and Lovren, both of whom would still have been playing if we’d played our strongest 11, so saying it’s Klopps fault for not playing our best 11 is stupid IMO. He put out a team more than good enough to dominate the match and win the game. And we did dominate it, it was just two individual errors that cost us the points

He needs to learn proper quick that half the team are dog Shiite and we need a few people who aren't complete liabilities every other game.
Mignolet Lovren Moreno Henderson
Id probably include Klavan but he's backup at best.
Those 4 players can't even do the basics right. Goalkeeper who cannot stop making mistakes. Defenders like Moreno who has defending about 8th on his lost of things to do that day. Lovren..... Jesus fukking Christ. If I was in training with him I'd snap his legs every session so the cvnt can't play. He's that kid in class who is a kn0b so the whole class has to stay behind. And then there is our captain. So boring. So uninspiring. So shiit. He had one good season when Rodgers was here and he's been stealing a living ever since. How he had lasted Dalglish Rodgers and Klopp is astounding.
Lovren and Mignolet will cost him his job if they aren't replaced soon.

It's frustrating, because we were by far the better team and should have won. But that team was good enough to win. Mane and Salah had many chances to score a second. Mane's decision to shoot wildy instead of play square t Salah or Solanke who were both in position for a tap in was just as bad as the pen, although Lovren made a stupid decision.
It's hardly the end of the world though. We have to rotate, because we had massive injury problems last year WITHOUT European football to deal with.
Unlike Arsenal or Spurs, we've managed to stay relatively stable, and the clubs around us all dropped points, so no major immediate harm done. It would have been nice to win, and we deserved to, but I suppose every no and then they will get lucky and draw against us.

There was no need to start Solanke and even if he did it he should have replaced him instead of Salah. We started with a weak team and weakened it further when we were only 1 up. This is how stupid Klopp was.

So you would rather we played our best 11 every game with more games this season? Did you not see the state of us last January. He is right to rotate. Everton are [oops] we should have beat them. We are 4th in the league and in the group stages of the CL. He is doing something right It's ok to rotate, he's been doing that whole season but starting both Solanke and Ox was a big risk. I would even accept it paid off but why further weaken the team by taking Salah our best player off and leaving Solanke our worst player on?

To be honest we should have been five nil up at half time it was the missed chances that cost us. I don't think we missed so many clear chances, can remember only the Mane not passing one.
