I couldn't care less what happens to him either.
He went from terminally ill to match fit within the hour when he went on international duty for Brazil earlier in the autumn.
Once back at Liverpool he suddenly got injured again, and then again.
His head is apparently not here anymore. Better let the players that want to play for us do that, and hand this little brat over to the big boys down south.
But we will be yet one more top class player short when he eventually leaves, and it's not easy to find a top class playmaker to instantly slot in.

A part of me wants to say bollox to Barca and demand we keep him because to sell him means it's been an master stroke by FSG and supports their business model.
But..... FSG aside, I'm sure I'm not the only fan who thinks he's not worth 145 Mill Euros (£128 Mill) and if Barca are willing to stump up that kind of wedge for a player who hardly ever completes a full game then cash him in. Let's be honest. When he's not played it's not as if we've missed him.

We need to keep him at all costs even if it means missing out on 150m. We are slowly building a team around him, Mane and Salah are starting to click together and we have Lallana to come back from injury who was brilliant before injury. We will be playing champions league regularly and we need to keep our best players to have the best chance of winning that as well as the elusive premier league crown. Make no mistake about it, we will be weakened if we sell him as we have too many similar midfielders like Can, Hendersen, Milner, Wijnaldum, he is the only creative one out of those midfielders.

He doesn't want to be here, so he will continue to sulk and getting "injured" as he has done since the summer.
How many games has he got so far?
Our problem with or without him on the pitch isn't creating goal chances, it's defending. A feat he doesn't have, so no big deal losing him to Barcelona now - IF we reinvest that money on top class players such as a goalkeeper, a halfback, a defensive midfielder and a striker.

I think we should sell him, lets get the max we can, as long as all money raised by the sale go's toKlopp to buy players.
Hopefully the likes of PSG will come in for him as well, we should be buying a replacement before we sell Coutinho, as soon as we get £100+ million in the bank, all the player prices we go for will double in price, so we need to be clever on this, I'd be temptied to go in for Eriksen for £75 million from Tottenham, or do a part ex deal with PSG for a few of their players, like Moura.

He doesn't even always play when available so how are we building a team around him? I would sell for anything above 125m, I feel we can get better for that kind of fee.

We do win most of our games without him, so it doesn't really matter if he goes or not, but we than need to replace quality with quality and not quantity.

We are less reliant on him now, we have other quality attacking players like Mane & Salah, but Coutinho is still a quality player, who can open up defences in tight games, he's also our main free kick taker and has a good record on scoring from free kicks, opponents do fear him, so if we sell, our squad will be allot weaker as he is one of our best creative players, so I agree, we need to bring in quality to replace him.
