Rodgers was still learning and adjusting his style to get the best out of the players we had. We didn't only play one way, we played quite a few systems but there were recurring themes in each one. Essentially, offensive creative football with tactical discipline. How he achieved that varied.
We did better against lower teams under Rodgers compared to Klopp. This I feel was because of our tactics employed to create space and move very compact teams out of position.
Under Klopp we have struggled with this tactical side. However we have done much better against top teams that naturally leave more space for our attacking players. Our players run further, put the opposition under intense pressure, Klopp gets every drop out our players and quite often this is enough to beat teams of better quality. An amazing motivator, but as the winning percentage stat suggests we haven't been consistent enough and this is because we have struggled against lower teams.
Comparing their first seasons, Klopp win stats is better than Rogers. We were very inconsistent under Rogers except his 2nd season. Rodgers first season: 1.61 points per game Klopp first season: 1.60 points per game. It's official, Rodgers had a better record first season, and to think we were playing a 17 year-old Sterling and Suso on the wings! Comparing like for like then with Rodgers first 30 games, he had a win % of just 40 and a 1.5 points per game. So it's official, you talk utter [oops] and use stats to prove your point about a failed manager. Now I suggest you do us all a favour and change you avatar back to Brenda and fukk off back to where you came from.

So how did you do it, he hasn't got to 38 games yet? just the 30 league games he was in charge for. I bet you will counting the two cup finals even though Klopp wasn't in charge for all of those games. Then you need to count the first 30 games of Rodgers as well From game day 9 to game day 38 in each manager's first season: Klopp = 1.60 points per game Rodgers = 1.73 points per game What's your point?

Again, being very selective. We're talking FIRST 30 games and if you see my earlier post, you'll see Rodgers behind Klopp. But hey, you be picky and selective to support Rodgers FC all you like. Klopp was getting used to a team he didn't buy and even never saw before coming to LFC. The other point is that the whole world knows for sure that Klopp is a better manager than unknown Brenda except for you, Klopp can get any job he wants while Brenda is coaching in Scotland, Brenda has a habbit of getting smacked (Stoke, Barca), Klopp went to 2 finals with Brenda's crap team and Brenda couldn't win a trophy with the best player in the world in his team, should I continue?
