You really must be taking the p!ss with this one?? Flappy can't command his own 6 yard box let alone be captain and he won't be first choice next year. If he is I'm going to join you in your dislike for Klopp.
If he's first choice it's an option. Lovren, Henderson, Milner are other options.
May be a bit too soon for Emre Can. Would probably need him to sign a new contract extension before making him captain because he would be a long-term option and he's only got 2 more years left on his contract.
