sounds like we have become a very patient lot. We need to be careful that we don't become complacent.
We might be some not so good players compared to City and Chelsea, but I don't think we can put it all down to that. The teams following teams are within 3 points of our league position or doing better:
West Brom; Stoke; Everton; Southampton, Watford, West Ham and of course Leicester. (I have ignored the obvious teams)
Are we saying all of the above have better players than us in most positions?
Watford, West Brom, Stoke... are you serious? West Ham too... and they have a manager who is as new as Klopp
So I think it's something more than the players. Hopefully Klopp is the man to put it right. Not better players individually but our squad is so unbalanced it's unreal! We have 3 AM type players to play in one team, no wingers and a £32m striker who doesn't seem to fit in. Add to that all the injuries and a not very dynamic (to say the least) midfield and you have the mess we're in and not much any manager in the world could do about it. Klopp needs our support and a window or two with a proper pre-season to get what he wants in place. This isn't going to be some overnight job so to even think he should be under pressure next season is a bit premature IMO.

Yeah I agree I would sort out the defence first and foremost, probably has to be the first thing to be addressed. For the sake of not wanting to bring in too many new faces at once I'd probably leave the strikers as they are for the time being, but I would like to see one or two new midfielders come in to give us some kind of shape.
I figure Kolo will leave this summer, as will Lucas & Allen (IMO) We have Ings and Gomes coming back, quite possibly Markovic coming back in and then we have Matip (cb) and Grujic (cm) already signed. If Flanagan comes good then that will solve our problem with Moreno - Clyne is decent in my eyes so I would think we'd be ok there.
A goalkeeper, another center back and a winger in the summer maybe? We need to start getting our transfers right though regardless, the last four or five years have been pretty atrocious (excluding Suarez, ofcourse)

Yeah we desperately need Klopp to prove to us that he is the man to put it right, and so far he raises as many questions as he’s answered. However we have no option but to write this season off and give him next season to show us if indeed he is the man to put it right. Even if he's not under pressure from us, he will be from the press... and once they smell blood they go for the kill. Just look at LVG.

It takes time for a manager to find his feet at a club - and the Liverpool team he inherited is an absolute train wreck. There's no point putting time frames on a new manager who hasn't even begun to weed out the players who need to be moved, and likewise bring in his own personal.
The cup loss yesterday was a bit of a dampener, but the OP is way over the top. Just be glad we have a top manager in - give him the time he needs and we'll be OK. Relax Mighty. So what's with bilic at west ham then? that's not his team.

Time for Klopp to step things up a notch methinks.
He's had it somewhat easy 'till now. Everyone likes him, he had no pre-season with the players and he of course inherited them.
However, he has now been in charge for around half the season and has made some key decisions: no major additions in Jan; sticking with Migs inc. new contract; Lucas at CB; Origi preferred to Benteke; making public statements about what Sturridge and Benteke need to do; the penalty takers yesterday.
He won't have the luxury of time next season. In the final part of this season and in the summer transfer dealings he will need to show some good decisions backed up with RESULTS. Good performances alone will not do.
Or else what? We sack him and what?
