I'd say sell, but only if the money is going to be used to buy a top replacement. Morata, lacazette, aubameyang (sp?) would be my choice. The 18m we get plus another 10-15m should be enough to get one of those 3

Id take an offer of 20 million for him and probably consider west hams rumored 18 million bid. But this is of course we buy someone of equal level like WNP mentioned morata etc.

I just hope that if we sell him we dont go and buy someone like berahino. I dont think hes the answer to what we need.

Yep, it is a simple word that pseudo-intellectuals started obsessively using about three years ago and never seem tired of. Makes me cringe every time I hear it.

But regarding Sturridge, I wonder how the morale of our first team players (which must already be low) is affected by seeing him watch from the stands week in, week out whilst being paid £ tens of thousands a week more than they are.

If the money is used then maybe it is best to cut our losses. Trouble is, who could we get for the same money that will be as good? The Morata talk is for £45m and he only got 15 goals last season!

Best to wait until summer if we sell and then there's generally better deals to be had. And you never know, he may actually play a couple of games for us between now and then?
