Spending huge sums of money is part and parcel of the modern game plus he has also received 75million for Suarez and 50 million for Sterling.
Why people get so hung up on money is mystifying, unless you are a accountant for FSG it should have no bearing on your support for the club you love.

Trouble with Rodgers he never learns from his mistakes. We are still awful up front, Benteke is not top class by any means. Reminds me too much of Heskey without the desire. Midfield still too narrow and easily bossed by pretty much any team in the Prem. Lucas is still awful, Milner has a good engine but not good enough to play in the middle. Defence is beyond belief, how Lovren gets paid to play is one of life's biggest mysteries. Skrtel is passionate but ultimately panics. All in all we are no better than last season and i can see us scoring our lowest ever total if Sturridge doesn't come back firing.
Would love to see Rodgers go but fsg don't seem bothered how we do so expect him to be around for a painfully long while yet.
