On another forum, the name doesn't deserve to be mentioned, they are discussing a petition to bring back dalglish in the short term!!!!! He is the only man i can think of that would make BR look competent. Be careful what you wish for..,,

Are you sure about that? Dalglish did win a trophy in his 1st full season with LFC, something Brodge never did in his entire career. How can he make Brodge look competent? His main mistake was to bring Caroll for 35m, is that much worse than Balo and Markovic for 36m? At least Caroll was unlucky with injuries

You are sticking your neck out mate smile

As I've said many times with this perpetual discussion it will depend on how things fair and to what degree it does or doesn't blow up. There were a larger number of fans leaving early yesterday before the end and there simply isn't any patience nor excuses left for falling off the pace for even a 4th place finish.

If we are getting beat regularly he simply will not get a season as the fans will go ballistic and turn on the manager and the owners. They don't appear to be the sort who will want to cope with that sort of venom and negative press globally.

Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

It was "early" early also... cameras showed people heading for the exits with close to 10 minutes left on the clock.

was his fault for not seeing we were too narrow and chocked up in the middle due to a London bus

me sitting at home and everyone other than Rodgers new this would happen 100%

for Rodgers to fail so miserably in countering this before the match is why I lost complete faith in him

another thing is that the defensive weakness from last season is still inherently there it started to come apparent in the second half vs Arsenal

in that second half, like in situation with the goal, we put bodies behind the ball, but the actual passing lanes are open, the balls just come through several players

the mistakes were made before the match that is without question

Liverpool fans on the whole do not turn on competent managers.

Spent £229m - won nothing - you're right, he's very competent.

What was I thinking.
