Coutinho was a mile offside for our goal, their goal should have stood in the first 5 mins, they had the better chances, benteke could have scored another. In all honesty a 0-0 draw would have been a fair result. off side a foul was it , no the ref decided it was a foul and it wasnt offside liverpool and i know it really hurts you WON , sorry to put that dagger through your heart but its true .

Think back to all the times we've had bad decisions go against us that cost us and all the times we've been 'the better team' and lost. I bet you didn't think we were unlucky in those occasions did you?

I thought we where awful at times and lack creativity which considering the attacking options is worrying.
Lovern still have no time for he just doesn't look like he can cut the grade and arsenal will show that more.
A win is a win but I wont say yes we are bang on for top four after two uninspiring performances

Yeah he still makes me very nervous, I'm worried about Gomez against Arsenal as well because he's up against Sanchez who is world class.

We all know that if a player jumps on top off a player with hands on his shoulders it will be a foul, it has happened a lot of times and yes Lovren did make the most of it, but it was a foul. Spot on. In the game of 2015 not 1973 that was a blatant foul and no goal. The ref got that correct but our goal was clearly contrary to the new rules. However we are hardly the luckiest team in the league and if we got a bit in one early encounter good. Man U look like they are going to be doing a last season 2.0 already so why not pan their undeserved good fortune for a change?

Course it was Emp. Sure, on another day with another ref their goal might've stood and ours might not have but that's the game.
We were also lucky not to concede a penalty or two, Skrtel and especially Lallana got away with a few.
Overall it's a bit harsh to rush to judgement after 2 games, a couple of big tests in the next month will show a lot.

I will say that for once, our defense never worried me. They seemed pretty much in control. Migs was never seriously tested.
I was also very pleased with Benteke. He looks like a monster, and a hungry one. Thought his touch was quite good, too.

Just actually realised that if it was any other team in the EPL of top 4 teams,we, pundits and commentators included, wouldn't've made such a big deal out off it, but because it's a newly promoted side and who played well at that, now it's the biggest story of the week and the notion that the bigger teams always gets the decisions.
