Costa is actually a type of personality that we need to have in the club. Balotelli comes close but we haven't seen him for a while. A player that is feared in every possible way. We are sometimes too nice to the opposition which isn't a great trait to have if you want to be successful. We need to bully opposition and get under their skin which lowers their concentration. Costa is great at doing that.
Still, good on Hendersen for standing up to the bully, we need to see more of this from him if he wants to continue being captain.

I'd like to see Costa come up against a real hard man not just a footballer that knows he can't do anything. Same for all these so called hard players. They'll all just be a bunch of big pussies!

Costa has a history of a mad man though, if I am not mistken he did get a lenghty ban for beating a player.

I don't buy it with any of them vish. It's just an act to try and get an advantage. Yes he might be fiery but I bet most of them are just big pussies. Even Vinny Jones.

I dont condone ciolence but i do condone Henderson smacking the snout off Costa. Does smacking the elephant man count as cruelty against animals though?
Sorry, looking at that vid Hendo stood his ground and Costa backed away. Hendo had a psycho killer look on his face. I always thought Hendo was a softy but after looking at that vid, i wouldn't mess with him. He looks like he could snap and bite your face off.

On another note, I was glad to see Markovic & Can not rising to the bait... Costa was targetting those two and both kept their composure and he didn't put them off their game - well done lads. (the other side of me wanted someone to flatten him - regardless of getting sent off  ) The time to do the shittt in is on around 80 mins of the 2nd leg, hope Skyrtel goes in hard on him, would make my day.
