That quote does sound like he thinks he's going. I don't want him sacked the turmoil mid season with a team misfiring as it is will be shambolic IMO and as Stan says is it really going to make much difference?
What are FSG going to do drop another £100 million for the next guy?
We have a break here and some real time to get things done on the training pitch let's hope we aren't using it for a new manager however pi*sed off we all are. I think he lost it and is already blaming everyone else but himself. I hope he goes and really soon.

Those comments don't mean a thing, when he gets a vote of confidence from JH things will be different.

FSG are not going to consider sacking BR until we start dropping out of competitions. If we fail to qualify from our CL group I can see a meeting being called but as of now all these speculations are premature. I agree, I think they will have spoken about the possibility of a discussion if we drop into Europa. Then they will assess prior to christmas how bad it is, and if they need a new man at the helm with whatever cash they can spare to bring in a new face come january.

General I don't totally blame Rogers re transfers I think he has been hampered by policy on wages, ages etc and fsg and committees ! Too many fingers in the pie I've given up on knowing who is actually to blame because everyone says something different, committee, fsg, Rodgers, I don't know, but what I do know is that it had been woefully inept for the past 2-3 years and they should never be allowed anywhere near transfer business ever, ever again.

Rafa is 100 percent better with transfers than Rodgers, there is no doubt about that. But he had his time and he hasn't done ever so great since. What's the point in looking back? Are players really gonna think, ahhh now we're heading in the right direction and raise their game?? ..........apart from win the UEFA cup with Chelsea????????? Indeed, but he couldn't qualify Chelsea for the next round in the CL, this is how they ended up in the Europa league. Also, Rafa has hardly been great with Roma, in fact they regressed with him. That said, IMO, he is better than BR. ROMA,,,, REALLY

What I get from that article is that he is a stubborn one trick / system pony and cannot adapt or change.
