It's naive not to have planned for or sort of expected that Suarez might leave even before bitegate happened after the way he tried to leave the previous season. The club agreed to put in a buyout clause so should've been prepared for it being activated.

Re: Balotelli, I'm a fan. I think that's just the way he is and didn't mind BR taking a risk under the circumstances. But then I would have expected BR to have a plan to get the best out of him. Instead, BR seems to have piled the pressure on him by playing him up front on his own almost right from the outset.
