It depends if he's going to get used enough, if not i'd rather him out there getting experience and taking points off our rivals

With the options we have you'd say his opportunities would be limited at the moment…

Looks a seriously talented player though.

Could maybe have an influence like Sterling did at some point during the coming season.

Debatable but I might keep him with the Liverpool squad on balance I think he will get games he has done so already. Definitely potential to be as good as sterling and might even be better

He didn't score a goal that day, he technically got an assist but, as I recall, it was a long range strike and basically all Coutinho. It's more of an OCD thing that I have to poin that out.

Pete: Berg, I'm just not cut out to be a good person.
Berg: I know. That's why the Lord gave us good looks.

jordan ibe looks a talent , has great pace looks strong , but still very raw but i think he will progress this season as part of the squad unless he is loaned out again which could be a good thing .

The reports for the past couple of seasons about Ibe were that he had better game intelligence than Sterling, but that he needed to work on a couple of parts of his game. One, which still appears to be a problem, is his composure when he is in on goal. I think the other was he could be a little wasteful at times, trying his luck from too far out.

I think he is a very gifted player. A few still talk about the incredible impression he had on them, in terms of the coaching staff when he was first signed from Wycombe. The question for me, is whether playing games is going to suit his development more than staying with our staff? Game-time is all well and good, but if its the wrong team, or a very different style of play, he might be suited working on those weaknesses in the club, playing regularly for the reserves and getting chances in the cups, which I'd be more than happy letting him play in.

I'm not saying I have a real prefernece, so long as wherever he is, he has decent coaches willing to improve his composure in front of goal. Once he has that, he'll be ready to push to play a lot more. If we hadn't challenged for the title last year, I reckon he'd be much closer to our first XI. A victim of our success it seems as it stands.

Haha well you've certainly gone big with your chosen comparisons haven't you. I mean I guess I can see where you're coming from, ronaldo more direct with pace and power, messi more guile and craft not just pace. So yeah i guess, but ibe and sterling obviously will never be half as good as messi or ronaldo.
