Got to take into account br age. He could build a successful dynasty here. Heres from Ireland (relative local)knows what it means to the fans to support lfc. Puts his heart in. Imo for his age a brilliant manager both in terms of tactical ability and man management. And will get even better with time (and better players). If were lucky we may have the next ferguson here. The only caveat is the transfer dealings under his management haven't been brilliant. Ok but not brilliant. How kuch of this so far is his fault im not sure

Rodgers.
Easy.

Though he is still learning his craft, he is going in the right direction. He is a good man-manager and motivator.
I like the way he builds youth.

This possibly represents the best chance of Scumcheaking a quick comeback but it also presents a very live possibility that they could be dead and buried this time next year. Not only that but they will have spent millions trying to recapture a small slice of what might get left behind by the current top 4. Far more pressure on LVG than on BR and BR has more experience in the Prem.

I think our position is the most vulnerable of the top 4 but if we have got it right we are also likely to progress again. I am also sure that we have been preparing for a situation where we were going to be without Suarez. I think we will finish above them next season and beat them home and away again.

Why are we most at danger of falling out of the top 4?

I would be tempted to, because I think that his pedigree would help sign better players, but this would not be an easy choice. Your preference.

Fickle doesn't even start to explain this thread.

Despicable me is on TV, I think I will watch it for a while.

well the grass seems greener at the moment with some , suarez leaving is the end of the world , the liverpool signings are crap ands van gaal is the saviour of MUFC , well suarez going is not the end of the world not by a long chalk , liverpool's signings looks very good to me especially lambert and lallana and yes van gaal will improve MUFC , but he has one massive rebuilding job biggest in MUFC's history but he will not turn MUFC around over night .

Rumour has it that LVG is going to try to get united playing in a 3-4-3 formation. I hope this is true as it has proven itself to be quite ineffective in the PL.

I wouldn't swap BR for anyone out there. I wouldn't have said that two years ago, wouldn't have thought it last summer either.

Last season was absolutely fantastic - they he sets out his teams to go out and just smash the opponent is refreshing, even better still it's Liverpool swashbuckling it's way through the premier league.

I'm not saying there aren't better mangers out there, but I want to see how Rodgers matures as a manager. He will have learned a shed load from last season alone, could be another roller coaster season coming up smile
