Was reading in the Sunday papers the sentence was higher as he showed no contrition in the hearing with FIFA that is a recurring problem with luis.. u would think one of his advisers has a brain.

Luis may well have to say sorry and he probably will, however I imagine he wont mean it because he thinks he has done nothing wrong, and therefore the chances of him biting again will be high. Saying sorry may not matter to anyone as long as the goals keep being banged in but his denial is another huge problem just waiting to happen.

I'm sorry to write this but NOBODY is bigger than L.F.C. Suarez be a man and apologise to the world for what you did,especially to Mr Chiellini,Mr Ferreira your physio,your Nation and not less to L.F.C. my beloved football club. 80m is quite big for the club, believe me, it could be the difference between CL and not or winning the league or not.

You are of course right vish financially but there does reach a point where the club has to retain dignity and the profit and loss needs to take a back seat. Personally I would like to see Suarez stay because talent like he has comes just once in a lifetime and if we keep him and strengthen the squad I think we might win the title. Not managed right we could go backwards next year and finish outside the top four for me the club is at a crossroads I don't know what the right moves are just we really do have to make them. I don't agree with FSG,s stance on the stadium but in terms of the team this close season and next year we will see what they are made of.

But why aren't Barca worrying about him biting again?
And,to go back to my 'stupid statement', if his departure is imminent (implied by the tone of the article) it really concludes our interest in his fitness. Are you honestly suggesting Barca will try and argue the price down even lower if we don't train him properly for the next few days?
We do have a contract with the player - which seems to have escaped the notice of all too many.
How much are we going to supine ourselves to these Spanish [oops] artists?

Spurs didn't spend well and bought a lot of players that seemed to play in the same position. Suarez is not directly replaceable but buying a solid striker who can add 15 goals, improve midfield by 10 goals and concede 5/10 less goals at the back and you're not too far off replacing him

With the Daily Star declaring that the deals for Moreno and Shaqiri are done... with similar dodgy claims coming from the Mail, Express and a horde of other sites... I'm wondering if anyone trusts any of them. I personally don't believe any transfer is done until it's on the offish site and Sky/BBC websites. If Goal.com, CaughtOffside and the numerous other tabloids report something then I know immediately that the opposite is probably true. Many of these sites get it so wrong, so repeatedly, that you wonder how they stay in business. Sorry Dunk, but not even Koptalk persuades me to believe something unless I see it on the big three. Loads of people put stock in certain posters (Macca?) on the Football Rumours Liverpool page... but I've seen them all get it wrong on numerous occasions.
Does anyone find any other sources credible? I'd be interested to hear your views.
