[oops] the kids (although quite obviously not literally...). Do you even see the games that kids are playing these days? Typical kid reaction would be "What, he bit him? What a pussy. I would've chopped his head off and used it to head the ball in so not only would he be dead, he'd have an own goal against him...."

You just highlighted everything wrong with society in a short post, congrats.

I'm merely pointing out that some of you need a reality check, that is all.

I actually took his post as one of agreement with you actually.

It's very sad, but also very true what you stated.

REALITY CHECK, well here is a reality check for all of you saying we need to get off our moral high horse. It is not us who need a reality check, but those of you who think this is just one of those things. Going around biting people is not "reality", it is savage, Neanderthal behaviour.

Imagine if you went and bit your colleagues at work...you would get reeled off to a mental institution.

REALITY CHECK- RUNNING AROUND BITING PLAYERS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT JUST HAPPENS, IT IS DISGRACEFUL AND BARBARIC. The fact its our star player doesn't make it any better. No excuses.

The over the top description was obviously tongue-in-cheek. Obvious to most but not to some. I apologise for not being more blunt about it.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

This is my point exactly, complete over the top language about an incident. And the work analogy is just icing on the cake. I'd imagine if I went around elbowing people or tackling them or pulling them down by their shirts or talking about their mothers or any other of the countless incidents that happen in football I'd be in pretty serious trouble. So let's not bring that into it cause you can't compare the two.

My point remains. All the outrage is unwaranted and over the top. Should he be punished? Yes. Is this behaviour unacceptable? Yes. Should we try to do something to stop it? Of course. Do worse things happen that people gloss over cause they happen so often? Hell yes.

I'm not saying we ignore it cause hey it's just a love bite and it doesn't injure anyone. I'm just saying give it a reasonable level of attention not this mass hysteria.

I would agree with Ninja if we were in the midst of a Zombie apocalypse but as we stand I'd say he needs a reality check and to stop watching walking dead.

Sources at the Nou Camp are already distancing themselves from any move for Suarez, while Real have remained ominously quiet on the subject.

I'd imagine they're only saying quiet until sentence is passed. Then if it's just for international games they'll come back in full force...

Maybe this was a deliberate attempt by Luis to scupper a move abroad and shut his father in law up?

It is the third time it has happened and it is a clear bite this time, in a tournament of this magnitude, the most watched tournament in the world. Put him on the sex offenders register!

Yes and make him the England manager too.
