there is plenty of turns and twist left in the season. the final line is still very far far away. i wont be ruling spurs or utd out of the top 4 any time soom especially when we are only a mere 5 points better off. lose to city and chelsea and they could be on the same amount of points and then it doesnt look quite as rosy

Despite this they are only 6 points behind us and 5 from from top 4. Actually, they are 1 point better than last season after the same number of games.

I won't shout victory just yet and 2 poor results from our next 3 games might just allow them (and others) to catch up. One of the tightest seasons I can remember and our squad is still very thin. If anything happens to Suarez, we won't even have Adebayor. The positive for us is that Spurs doesn't even have a proper manager for the busy festive period.

They are in that position through some very lucky results where they won 1-0 with penalties in the dying minutes. They haven't battered teams at any point this season so I would see a few of those results going against them in the 2nd half. It will all depend on their new manager though and how he changes things up. I would be more concerned about Utd as they appear to be picking up form
