Thats because Lamela was a superstar on season 2020 of Football Manager, there was always no guarentee with how he would settle. Still think Eriksen will could good. And Lamela will to if he bulks up and gets some game time.
Holtby is another shrewd signing, however signing 7 of them for the first time and one time was batshit. What team in the world would bring in that many players and not have a transition period. Then act like its the biggest shock in the world when they don't instantly gel.
I know AVB has made a few shoddy tactical error's but so has Rodger, the difference is the fans, board, owners all went into this knowing Rodgers was getting 3-5 years to show us what he could do. Thats why this knee jerk reaction is ridiculous and will hurt this team badly in the next few years.
7 new players need more that 10 games to gel

From what I read today in the papers, AVB took offence to a mere suggestion of bringing Adebayor back into the fold and that was the straw that broke the camels back

its a mixture of crap chairmen and crap manager. all good for us. spurs are lucky to be even close to the top 4. at least 6 points were nailed on cheating refs decisions.

I just Moyes has enough false dawns to keep from getting sacked next. I want United to stay mid-table.

Would prefer relegation myself Red.

Would prefer relegation myself Red. Relegation would be hilarious, but he would be gone before it even got close to that. Besides, as much as I hate the [oops], the league wouldn't be as much fun to watch without them. That's my favorite fixture every year.

If yes, I think they would need some time to adapt with so many changes in the team and they are only 5 points off 4th place.

They don't have enough strikers I don't think, unless the new manager can bring Adebayor back in the fold successfully. I think both Defoe and Soldado both need a physical presence up front to work off of.
They have only managed to beat Swansea of the teams in the top 10, being beaten by 4 others and drawing with 3

That's one top four contender off our backs. Scum seem to be going nowhere and Bitters won't last the pace. Top four is a distinct possibility if we don't feck up ourselves.
