The highlighted comment has me wondering if the remaining transfer budget is based upon Suarez leaving.
Did the so called failed transfers not happen because we didn't want to spend first?
Did the other transfers only happen because of the players sold?
I wish the transfer window would shut already, or we buy someone that excites. I'm still wanting to know who the player was that was meant to excite the fans last summer. At least the Jan signings surprised me, and hopefully they will continue into the new season.
