Borini has not had a decent run yet and he has plenty of time to come good. At the moment he comes across as a slightly quicker but crapper version of Dirk Kuyt. To be honest I wish we could turn back the clock and play Kuyt as a an out and out striker (I think he would have scored loads if we hadn't just dumped him on the wings). Borini might suffer the same fate (when he's actually fit).

At the moment I want to play Coutinho in the hole behind Suarez and Sturridge. This is great for now (now being 1 game against Swansea of course).

I'm waiting for the day Bucky gets us three wins in the premiership in a row. We've got two wins every now and then. That is it.

I still think Fabio can have a future here and think he has been very unfortunate in his first season. I just hope the club give him enough time to shine. This injury is just horrible: http://goalshighlights.com/fabio-borini-injury-video-liverpool-5-0-swansea/

Pete: Berg, I'm just not cut out to be a good person.

The reason he was stuck out wide right is because he was largely ineffective as a striker. He had his chances and came up short.

Us fans shud judge our players wen they r fully fit and have had a run of at least ten games...

To decide if they r good or not for the club

Kubric hit the nail on the head for me, I was just thinking the same thing when I got to his post. Borini looks like a crappy version of Kuyt! Now I like both guys(what I can see of them from a far) but lets not forget that 100% effort is the minimum requirement to paly for LFC. As far as I can see they are a pair of Duracel bunnies, top of the tree on effort but bottom of it on ability.
It`s a real shame he got hurt again but on his paly so far he will be a banch warmer at best.

The lad's come on after returning from injury, has all the mental stuff going on and no doubt feels under pressure anyway and then gets a dislocated shoulder in minutes.

Impossible to judge him until he gets a run in the side and is settled into the place and team. He is a young Liverpool player and it appears all people want to do is put the boot in and do the complete opposite of 'support' or show some empathy with the lad.

It really is sad stuff.

Sorry but if you actually read my post you would see that I said I really liked the lad and he did have talent. However one goal in a season for a striker is poor even if he missed half it with injuries.

I did read it, it's not a season, half a season or anything other. It's 6 games, 5 of which have been in the EPL.

There is nothing poor in one goal in 6 for a 21 year old guy at a new club that we bought on a 'potential' punt and hampered by niggling injuries throughout the 6 poxy games. Nothing what so ever.

Glad you like the lad though. Hope he gets some decent support next season when he regains fitness. Will be a frustrating few months I'd imagine.

A mini debate on local radio suggested Borini is supposedly a technical player who through injury, lack of form,or who hasnt adapted yet has not really had the playing time to prove himself in the EPL.They thought he may through criticism have tried to prove his eagerness to succeed here by going in hard for this tackle that has now put him out for the season. Can we afford to give these types of players more time? we have accumulated a few of these light weight technicals after all.Its obvious BR does prefer the brain rather than the brawn.Borini hasn't shown much but i do feel a bit sorry for the guy.

Look mate I havent checked your facts but I know thats way off. He played against gomel in the europa and oldham in the cup. That means at least two of his games havent been in the EPL. However I dont wanna argue with you here cause theres no point in fretting over statistics. As I said above, I just hope the club give him enough time.
