i was about to lay blame at our scouts.

its true we are very slow in the transfer market we seem to get overated players early on ie glen johnson 17.5 mil hes rubbish at right back id rather of kept arbeloa a far better right back johnson would be a good winger with kelly or darby playin right back ,but on the transfers we wont get anyone this window and there is 1 or 2 we could take on loan or on the cheap huntalaar or nistlerooy theyd do a job were too light up front personaly id like to see pacheco given a go but i dont think that will happen

huntelaar on loan til the end of the season would be great! i don't know what rafa and our scouts are doing but we can't let him join everton...

Why do people always think we have missed the boat when good players go else where? We would have 100 players if we bought everyone (or loaned them). Who says we want KJH? He hasn't made an impact at Real or AC so why should we want him? Why would he be good here?

People have to be realistic and realise that we can't get everyone that is available and, as hard as it might be, trust the manager knows what and who is best for the team.

I think people think we have missed the boat because at the moment we have only one good striker - Torres, who has to carry the goal scoring responsibilities for the team with the exception of a few from Stevie G, Yossi or Kuyt. When he is injured we struggle - fact. He himself has asked for world class companionship to share the duties.
At present our back up is Ngog, who quite frankly is sh1te. We need a striker who Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal would fear. KJH is thatlevel of player or potentially could be.
You can't argue that we are'nt missing the boat and would have hundreds of players if we took every opportunity, when we have taken none and rely on crappy old Ngog for goals.
Your mediocre blind faith is the reason we are strggling for fourth place, not challenging for the title. KJH on loan , Ngog for the bin, ask Torres

Nor sure Ngog is [oops].... more like needs more development. We need to make sure we don`t expect too much from our young players too early. I do agree that we need another world class striker though. There`s no way that will happen in January...prices way too inflated. Expect to see such a player in the summer though!

So taking KJH on loan til the end of the season, would seem a good move, relatively inexpensive, would give Torres a break and improve our team.

Are we really that bad now that we can't compete with Everton.

I don't mind who we get as long as long as we don't get Jones. Completely over rated. It will be another Pennant signing.

ahhh joel dont get me started on jermaine pregnant :P

But don't you agree? He is totally over rated and would only be signed cause we can't afford anyone else.
