jay every time i see him seems to pick out the other teams players more than his own.

hendo is not way a world beater but he can pass to the right team

cause hendo was suppossed to be the poster boy for the u-21. shame he can't actually play football. When i see jay yes i see mistakes but i also see him being in the right place ,knowing what to do and getting tight into players. BR could give him the confidence he needs..hendo is a hider.

Jay Spearing for all his effort and work rate is never going to improve significantly. It's not like he has the talent but has a poor attitude. Its the exact opposite and it's carried him this far but it won't quite cut it at the top level unfortunately for him
