Why are you turning this to a Liverpool fan thing when it is a question about England fans,whats your agenda? I am using the arrogance of alot of Liverpool fans as a demonstration of how fans can become arrogant similar to what the post is about namely England fans. I think England fans do think they are better than they actualy are which is what I can relate to given some of the people I know and some who come on here. I think it may stem from the fact England is a strong football nation where the people of the country like there football maybe if it was one of the very small minnow type countries football wise like Latvia, Faroe Islands, Republic of Ireland or Lithuania then the expectation would'nt be as great, just my thoughts. Why,what is your agenda?

Good pop at Ireland again  why cant we have a pop at rival teams, it's a forum, if you cant laugh at a p!ss poor rival when they get hammered when can you laugh at one, dont understand what all the fuss is about, it's an english forum afterall.

I dunno maybe as fellow Liverpool fans you should show more restraint out of respect.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

I dunno maybe as fellow Liverpool fans you should show more restraint out of respect. b*llocks, respect for what, you honestly think Scottish, Welsh or Irish fans on here would'nt be rubbing it in if England get bounced out or got a drubbing, I think your missing the whole point of rivalry, England fans love nothing better than winding up and having pops at fellow rivals including Germany and Argentina, in Cricket they love to have pops at the Aussies, in Rugby it's the Aussies too, you really need to take stock and think about coming on an English teams football forum if you are offended by people from England gloating when a rival gets beat.

Little Englander Mentality my narrow minded friend. Liverpool FC is an international global name with a world wide following whether you like it or not.
Also the fact that you posted that you dont like the Irish (horrendous generalisation but harldy surprising)may be the reason why some people see you and your posts for what they are. Wind ups, designed solely to cause trouble.

I dont' mind you having a pop, it's all fair enough. Ireland were poor. But I dont' see where you get the "it's an English forum" from. We write in English, but it's not an English forum. It's a Liverpool forum. ofcorse it's an English teams football forum, last time I looked Liverpool was part of England and the Football Club comes under the English Football Association which means it's an English team. There is no problem at all with people adopting Liverpool as there team but to somehow suggest that Liverpool does not belong to England first and foremost and is somehow global is ridiculous to say the least. If I was a Celtic supporter and went on to there forum the day after England had been beaten and knocked out of the Euro Championships I would fully expect to see England getting ridiculed, I would'nt dream of going on and telling the Scottish fans that I was offended just because England got beat which is what is happening on here just because am laughing at a p1ss poor Ireland side who are embarrassing.
