I think he had a great understanding of the game, despite an often poor touch, but his energy made up for it. Good players for LFC and scored some memorable goals, including a hatrick against utd from a combined 7 yards or something.
When he first came I'd hoped he would be a more prolific striker, but for some reason he was rarely played there.
Right decision to let him leave, surely Rodgers knows a pacey, skillful winger is key and we'll see a few more players leave, and some much improved replacements.
Thought we'd get at least £3-4m though.
