When was the last time we bought someone and cheap who no-one had heard of but turned into a great player?
I.e Newcastle signed Cabaye and Toite and they look class, but we splash 100m and our signings look average.
Fully understand your frustration. We seem to have lost that touch of signing cheap players. Hopefully we can find a few this window instead of signing the obvious ones for inflated prices.

Nope! 20 games is more than enough to find his feet. He has been playing in that position for years with other teams now and in the same league, You can either do it or you can't!! You can either support Liverpool or you can't?! Get behind the lad ffs!!! I don't think he's good enough simple as that, I want the best for the club, obviously your happy with way things are that's you perogative. You either want to win or you don't??

John Arne Riise, Djibril Cissé, Macherano too Think we paid £4m for Riise, which was money well spent. But Cissé I think was £11m, and was Mascherano not about £18m? Hardly cheap. Oh, missed the cheap part lol Enrique and Bellamy then!

Yeah!dont think the fa cup is the priority.its all about the league position.so if they think his goals can get 4th then he's very very viable.i dont know if he's the right buy but playing him today doesnt mean anyhting i dont think.
