Or is there another reason for why you feel alone when you are surrounded by 40000, Clown? Are you sure they didnt ask to sit in another stand?

Ok, you've suggested the atmosphere is bad Stanley. What's the solution?
A 0-0 against Swansea is not that much to get excited about really. But I realise you're talking about more than just that game. No solution, football Clubs are now being touted around as being global rather than the more tribal places with identity they used to be years ago, it's very hard to strike up an understanding or connection with fellow supporters when you dont have anything in common with them outside football and in some cases dont even speak the same language, you cant even sit with friends and family now, I have mates in completely diffrent stands and we all sit by ourselves how is this going to bring a closer more united atmosphere. firstly, you'r such a fcking whinger. secondly, are we supposed to believe that you contribute more to the atmosphere than other fans, sitting there with your "the club doesnt love me anymore" face on you. Listen I accept the Club no longer loves us local fans, I know they dont need our support anymore because of the global fan base. Times have changed now, it was a different story at one time which the Club now forgets like when it relied on us locals to turn up when we were all destitute under Maggie Thatcher, no food in the cupboards and strikes left right and centre, 20,000 or so turning up regardless or even after Hysel when everytime you went away people spat at you and called you a murderer, yes the Club now forgets all that now because of this new outside support. It makes me laugh when OOT and foreign fans come out on here and have a go because us locals think we are different, well guess what I think we are, a feller on the other side of the world who buys a Liverpool scarf and has never been to the match is no way the same as me, never will be.

I have just been to Hilbre Island I come back and this is on out of town thing. That is NOT what I meant. Nor Annefield was it about attendances. As far as the OTT thing goes I watched Liverpool in the 1970's but you know what I lived in Northwich back then we did not have the global thing so I would have been an OTT if I had a quid for every time I had been called a wool. So that’s my background. But the local thing does have some bearing on it because it’s a territorial thing. But that’s not the whole picture the club is deliberately changing the nature of the fanbase from solid community based support to something more transient. I believe the club is focussing on worldwide PPV fan base for the future. In the short term this is affecting the atmosphere at Anfield in the long term I think the club has got it wrong. I honestly don’t believe millions of Chinese in 2030 will be paying to watch LFC or Man Utd they will have their own teams. The club are making a big and fatal mistake I believe.

hypothetical question , say the club finish 5th and 6th for another 2 or 3 seasons dont win nothing and go out the limelight a bit , and the foreign fans choose to follow spurs and man city what do the club do then why the locals have stopped going and the likes of the irish might not come over as much ?
