how have they broke through?! rafael and his brother fabio were only signed a year ago so not come threw the united academy! macheda and wellbeck will only play in the carling cup again this season as will some of the liverpool youngsters. johnny evans is the only one to come through the academy and play regular first team football and hes only back up to rio and vidic. also rafael and fabio can both play right back, think i could get in there team ahead of gary neville!

how many goals have we scored this season from set pieces? all our opposition have used man to man marking, so does that mean their system is right as well? its notihng do to with zonal marking or man to man marking, why do people listen to Andy blue nose Grey and think they are experts about defending

Cos no matter what Rafa and this team do, you will find people who will lambast Rafa and the team. Even if Kuyt scores the winner in a final. fans will say he was lucky.

If we win another Euro Cup, people will say Rafa was lucky. We can score in last minute of a game, they will say we are lucky, benitez is lucky.

If Man Utd score in the last minute, people say "What a incredible spirit, never say die attitide from man u"

yes. so the team and the coach are in a very difficult situation

utter and complete rubbish - the two brazilians were signed years ago but could not come over here till last year because of their age ..... perhaps if you knew what you were talking about you might have a chance here but you don't!

macheda and welbeck will play far more than just carling cup games ..... but you are forgetting that they had the chances to come onto the field and make substitute appearances but how many have pacheco and nemeth made?

evans is back up but what happens when one of our kids gets the chance to be back up? rafa rushes out and buys some crap foreigner!

this is the difference - slur ale-x will trust his youngsters to be back up and gradually take over the first team role while we go out and buy a back up player and send the kids out on loan

injun you are clearly out of your depth here - macheda is 18 years old and not ready to play every game but fergiescum knows he is a good back up option - how many of our kids have sub appearances by the age of 17 like he had???

ps have you forgotten players like o'shea and brown are also youth products of united?? how many regular players do we have that broke through??? 2 - gerrard and carragher! it has to change if we are ever to be regular champions ever again

we can't rely on a sugar daddy, we have to live within our means, and that means producing our own players

yeah so if they werent over here they werent been trained by the munure academy therefore they havent come through the ranks, just cos united owned them doesnt mean they trained them so not exactly sure what point your trying to prove here.

nabir el zhar, emiliano insua and damien plessis have all come off the bench or started games for us over the last couple of years, also spearing came off the bench against real madrid in the champions league last season so again still not sure what point your trying to make.

evans is older and maturer than ayala, he will get his chances in the carling cup. throwing him straight in would only put pressure on the lad which showed in his nervy performance against stoke.

but you clearly know what your talking about and i dont have a clue so i will continue to read your nonsense!

also i imagine if rafa would have played ayala against bolton and the phsical presence of kevin davies and johan elmander we could have easilly lost that one and you'd have been one of the first ones on here saying sack rafa. if we wouldnt have got off to a poor start to the season he might have played ayala but to put a young lad in against tough physical opponents when the team and key players are off form wouldnt have been fair in my opinion.

how many of our kids actually came through the academy? ayala, pacheco, nemeth, huth, san jose etc etc were all brought in just the same as the scum and the arse do ..... not sure what you are trying to prove? perhaps how little you know of youth footie?? not sure but either way you are showing nothing

nabil el zhar and plessis made a couple of appearances and now have vanished back in the stiffs while players like babel and voronin take their place ....... spearing came off the bench in a game that was over ...... not exactly macheda like where he was given a chance to win a game for the scum that they would not have won otherwise

evans is older and more mature yes but i am not sure what that has to do with anything?? ayala just needed to be given the chance to settle into the side - given a bit of confidence by rafa giving him a chance ...... instead rafa went out and spent 2mill on a guy who struggled in scotland - what kind of message does that send out to the youth team? it tells them that if there is any chance of them getting a run of games rafa will go out and buy a stop gap player instead!!

if you can't see that this is a major flaw at liverpool right now then you are wearing blinkers! i back rafa and think he is the best man for the job but that doesn't mean i don't see his faults and want him to improve so that he can win things with MY club
