Upon times this forum does make me feel like cracking up lol

It's the Liverpool way. Sign a goalkeeper and midfielder when everyone and their dog can see that we badly need wingers or at least attacking midfielders and defenders.

Oh and keep the Greek, Poulson, Ngog and the other useless one formerly of Fulham. At least it's not the close to the other crap we had like Diouf and Salif the enforcer.

We'd make an emergency loan signing, as has been done in the past. No point in spending money on someone who will probably never play when we could spend it on someone who will. Basic stuff really.

Like Arsenal did with Jens Lehmann? No thanks I'd rather have a reliable number on the bench rather than have to scarp the bottom of the barrel or a sign a 40 year old who's not played for years.

I'm starting to ask myself why I come on here some times when you've got to explain why the club needs two decent keepers.

Yeah exactly - How many 'quality' goalkeepers do people think are going to be sitting around mid-season waiting to be snapped up on an emergency loan deal? Any keeper available to get on an emergency loan deal is likely to be pretty crap, in fairness.

Anybody with an ounce of modicum would know that leno. But unfortunately some people fail to see the logic.

the club's got no faith in brad so he's got no future here at all. then we're on the verge of agreeing a loan deal with hull for gulasci.

so of course we need a new back up goalie. it's a no brainer...

from what i've seen of doni i think he'll be a decent choice.
